Dr. LaRita Primrose
Vice President
Dr. LaRita Primrose, native of Atlanta, Georgia. is the owner of Fresh Spirit Wellness, Inc. Atlanta, branch of Fresh Spirit for Women (Houston). Dr. Primrose is also currently a teacher/ facilitator for Jacksonville Theological Seminary (graduate school), and Revelation Message Bible College (under graduate school) where she advises and teaches those seeking to earn biblical degrees. She gladly assists those that are pursuing Associates, Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate degrees in the fields of Christian Business, Christian Counseling, Christian Education, Divinity, Evangelism, Ministry, Religious Education and Theology.
Tonya has a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and over 20 years of experience in probation and supervision, workforce development/ employment, and disaster assistance/recovery. She oversees the program team, supports case management and legal advocacy services. Tonya prepares payroll, conducts quarterly audits, and manages quarterly reports for grants.

Sylvia Phillips
Counselor
Sylvia has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in mental health counseling, with 40 years of paralegal experience.She assists with safety planning, filing protective orders. completing Crime Victim Compensation Applications, accompaniment to court, and referral to legal organizations for divorce/child custody.
Jamico has degrees in Business Management and Culinary Art. She has extensive experience in customer service, project management and team management. She volunteers with various civic organizations in her community. Jamico provides administrative support to the agency.

Kimone L.
Counselor
Kimone has a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources and a Master in mental health counseling with 10+ years of experience in executive administration and support of government agencies and educational programs. She’s worked to aid individuals negatively impacted by poverty, unemployment, homelessness, crime, and inadequate public health services. She assists with individual and group counseling.
Maneashia Hill-Charlton serves as the Case Manager for the project, bringing over a decade of experience in case management and administrative operations within social services, family advocacy, and program coordination. She specializes in case assessment and housing support, successfully assisting diverse populations in accessing essential resources.
